Our compact mirrors are packaged inside a microfibre pouch to protect them from scratches. A microfibre cloth is provided to polish them as well.

To avoid scratching the surface, we advise placing your mirror inside the microfibre pouch prior to placing it in your handbag.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalised items. No change-of-mind refunds are accepted as well.

We take every precaution to ensure they are sent in perfect condition and without error.

A return and rteplacement may be considered for special reasons, e.g. if you believe a spelling error that does not match the name you have sent. In such cases, we encourage you to email us to resolve the issue.
